Whether you prefer to host at our venue or bring the tea experience to your location, we have options to suit your needs.
Private Rooms
Private rooms are included in your meal's cost unless minimum room requirements are not met. Each private room reservation is for 2 hours at one of the following times: 10:00 AM (set-up begins at 9:30 AM), 10:30 AM (set-up begins at 10:00 AM), or 1:30 PM (set-up begins at 1:00 PM).

Simple, All-Inclusive Pricing
Every guest enjoys the Full Afternoon Tea with Soup — currently $35.28 per person, after tax and gratuity. Private room usage is included when you meet the room's guest minimum.
A Menu Chosen for the Whole Party
Within a week of your event, we'll call to confirm your final headcount, any dietary restrictions, and three choices made for the entire party: Soup of the Month or Cream of Crab, a Seasonal Scone or Vanilla Scone, and two teas (we recommend one seasonal flavored black and one decaf or tisane for caffeine-sensitive guests). Choosing for the group keeps service smooth for everyone, and we'll always work out substitutes for individual dietary needs.
Dietary Restrictions
Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options are available for an additional $10 per guest, which helps cover the specialty ingredients and the extra time required to prepare them.
Your Room & Timing
Each room is reserved for 2 hours starting at your reservation time, plus 30 minutes beforehand for decorating and set-up. When the guest count allows, we keep a table open for gifts, favors, or anything else you might need.
Headcount & Cancellations
You're charged based on the final headcount you provide, since we begin plating and preparing your food before you arrive. If plans change the morning of your event, call us and we can usually lower your number. For same-day cancellations, we'll box up the extra teas, soup, and treats for you.
Reserving Your Date
To hold your date, we send a Square contract and a credit card authorization form in lieu of taking a deposit. Your card is only charged if you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice or in the case of a no call, no show.
Add a Cake or Party Favors
Want a cake, cupcakes, or other baked goods as favors? Just let us know at least one week ahead and we'll have everything set up in your room right before your party begins.
